Further, as we use natural gemstones, and every gemstone is different from others due to its unique natural properties, they may vary from one another in shape, size, texture, color, and vibrancy and we think it adds to their beauty as every piece is unique.
If you receive a damaged product, it will be due to logistics mishandling during transit, and Harkuhnis not responsible for third-party handling. However, please contact the customer support team and provide them with images for further assistance.
In case an exchange needs to be issued, the customer is responsible for shipping the parcel back to us. Thus the shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
