Shipping and Delivery
Our jewelry is made to order; thus, the making time for each item is mentioned with the product under shipping details.
Once the item is ready, it is carefully inspected and then dispatched. All ready to deliver orders will take 3-5 working days as per our courier policy and service. You can inform our representative on Whatsapp if you are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once a shipped parcel is returned to our studio, it won’t be dispatched until paid in advance.
Items ordered from the Ready-to-deliver section will be delivered within 3-6 working days.
Express Shipping
For an urgent order, you can contact us to inquire about your preferred item. Harkuhn does not offer a Cash on Delivery service for urgent orders. Thus all urgent orders will be dispatched once the payment is made with express shipping charges, which is 500 PKR.
Price and Payment
Harkuhn offers multiple payment options. You can pay via COD, Credit card, or a direct bank deposit.
Once the payment is made, you can share the transaction details with us for verification. Please note that payment verifications may take around 24 to 48 hours.

No discounts are available other than during sale time.
Custom Order
Harkuhn does not copy designs from somewhere else. We offer customization on our designs only. Moreover, custom orders will be processed once we receive a 50% advance.
After-Sale Service
Every client matters to Harkuhn; thus, we provide lifetime after-sales service. If any stone falls off or your jewelry is tarnished, we will fix it. The repolish service is free of cost. However, you can ask us if other repairs will cost you any amount. You can fill the details of your Repair order here.
The shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer both times.
